Forex Daily Technical Analysis EUR/USD July 14, 2014
currency pair movement [main scenario]
The pair is moving in flat, Tenkan and Kijun lines are moving in parallel, the price is moving between them and below the descending cloud. Until the pair breaks through the 1,3605 resistance level, the further descending movement is being expected. We should sell the pair below the 1,3605 resistance level, set take profit at the 1,3593, 1,3585, 1,3575 support levels.
currency pair movement [alternative scenario]
If the price succeeds to break through and get fixed above the lower border of the descending cloud – the 1,3605 resistance level, in such a case the further ascending movement till these resistance levels - 1,3616, 1,3625 is quite possible.
LEVELS
Resistance: 1,3605; 1,3616; 1,3625.
Support: 1,3593; 1,3585; 1,3575.
